Each object you find on this site is a unique creation designed and handpainted by me. I find well-made mid-century Modern furniture, usually within the Norfolk market town where I live and work. Every time I find something whose shape pleases me, I live with it for a while before deciding how I want to paint it.  

 

The objects are then carefully prepared, sketched in, handpainted in high quality artists' acrylics and varnished.

 

You won't find an impeccable industrially perfect finish on the work because I treasure the lively look of the handiwork in my brushstrokes.
